The Digital Diversity Symposium is an all day event that showcases the interdisciplinary digital projects of students, librarians, staff, and faculty whose research and pedagogy engage issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion in a range of innovative ways. The event will take place on Tuesday April 30th from 8:30 am- 5:30pm on the fourth floor of the Ryerson Library (LIB 405).
Thematic Strands Include: Queering Bodies of Information, inclusion and Collaboration, Diversity and (Virtual) Childhoods, (Radicalized) Bodies of Knowledge, and Post Print Pedagogy and the Accessible Classroom.
Dr. Susan Brown, Canada Research Chair in Collaborative Digital Scholarship at Guelph University, will deliver the keynote.
